Jul. 10th, 2019 11:25 pmI spent part of the last 2 days working on updating my Wuxia Avengers print. I'm pretty happy with the way it came out:

I did the majority of it in ArtStudio Pro on the iPad. It's growing on me, as an art program. For one, it's a lot more full-featured than Sketchbook as far as layer handling, image selection and transformation, etc. For another, it allows for import of Photoshop brushes (both .abr and .tpl), which means I finally get to experiment with Kyle's brushes and Blur's brushes. I miss the color picker in Sketchbook, and the existence of the "transparent" color, but the brush-swapping is actually easier in ArtStudio. The interface is... well, there's actually 2 interfaces, one for drawing, and one for photo editing, and once I figured that out, it's actually pretty good.
Anyway, I'm pretty excited to have finally created a new print. Next up: updating my wobsite! (I tried setting up an instagram account but instagram was being horrible*, so... screw that.)

* apparently my existing account that I haven't logged into for 6 months... has some sort of bot on it that auto-follows people? I'm apparently following 5262 people, and any attempt to unfollow them just gets them re-followed within 5 minutes, and of course there's no actual way to contact instagram for help. And when I tried to create a new account, it said that my new account was terminated due to violation of terms of service? So... yeah. Goodbye, I don't want to be on a site that is so focused on Social Influence.
