I had brainspace this past weekend to actually read and respond to the comments about reblogging from That One Time.* And I've been having a few productive post-babbu-sleep evenings where I've managed to do both Chinese School things *and* art things!
I'm participating in 2 bangs right now, so there's a lot of drawing of stuff that needs to happen in the background. Status on that is that I'm done with 2.5/6 Bangthings**. I think it will take about 2 weeks to get to 5/6 done. Meanwhile, I got to play with 2 new brushes! That was fun. Still on the lookout for a brush that has brush streaks but doesn't steal color.
In the more immediate future, there's a small library con coming up 10-ish days from now. I'm wondering if I can manage to get a couple of things printed by then? (especially ... perfect bound?!!) Pros of going to local print-shop: will definitely get done in time. Cons: will have to look person in the eye while handing over my fanart, will have to go during work hours.
Also: my business card is now out of date b/c it still lists tumblr on it for a lot of things. >:( I need to get my AO3 tidied up.
Also also: I want to write opinions about things!!

* I was getting comments on 4 different posts, so I decided to stop comments on one of the four because it was the one that was the most off-topic -- I figured that if people were going to tell me how reblogging doesn't mean sharing on DW, they don't need to do it in a post that's about what reblogging means on *tumblr*, especially when there were 3 others posts where we could debate whether the concept of reblogging was still valid on DW.
* what's the proper word for "a passel of art done for a single bang claim"? I tend to average 3-8 arts per claim, and sometimes it's a prompt and not a claim, so .... bangthing???? bangarang? (can I repurpose that??)
