That's really helpful to know! Because *that* is the thing that feels transgressive to me, somehow. I think of reblogging as the equivalent of telling your friends "hey, look at this cool thing I saw!" and jumping into existing comment threads as the equivalent of spotting a group of strangers at a party and diving in, and the latter definitely feels much scarier. :X
