I'm definitely feeling it a little but can't say I blame people, hosting being limited and all. The internet has gotten so image-heavy that it is a bit of a shock to the system to go back to a text-heavy one.
Btw, I've been looking at RP resources around here and I have to say they're really creative in the graphics department. The things they code up are sooooo pretty.
I'm also trying out the DW tools Firefox extension. It's not very useful since I don't don't actually know or understand RP but the custom tag addition buttons have made commenting easier. They don't let me use markdown in comments so I'm glad to have something that helps when commenting.
It's quite fun! I have a "Spoiler Tag", "Image Tag", "Strike Tag", "Whisperspace Tag (small because I find myself going for that when commenting)", and a "Link Tag". No more unclosed tags!
I've become addicted to endless visual stimulation. Like.. I try to stay away from tumblr.. I don't post new posts there anymore.... but then I just get sucked in to the endless scroll............

endless scroll is definitely powerful! DW definitely moves too slowly for meme-ification, but we can definitely bring more images to DW!!
