Unclenching is definitely a good way to put it -- there's just so much going on, and I keep feeling like I should ... participate, somehow? But the realization I had last night was that ... well, these are social situations that I wouldn't opt in to normally, so --- why do it now? And mostly just recognizing the emotional toll it was having on me.
