to be fair, I think it was a honest misunderstanding, especially since the way to stylistically reproduce a tumblr-style reblog is to repost. Whereas I was trying to talk about how to functionally reproduce a tumblr-style reblog, which is to share a link and squee a bit. And as long as we know which type of reblog people are talking about, I think both meanings can co-exist.
